In addition to being a Mom in Balance trainer and location manager, I am self-employed in the field of prevention and lifestyle as a lifestyle coach and project manager. I love to play tennis, mountain biking, running and walking (in the mountains), but also gardening, meeting up with friends and family and doing fun things with my family.
