I am Lineke, mother of Luuk (2010) and Teun (2012) and trainer at Mom in Balance Groene Hart

In addition to Mom in Balance, I am also a franchisee at Mom in Balance and thus proud owner of Mom in Balance Groene Hart with locations in Alphen aan den Rijn, Bodegraven, Boskoop, Breukelen, Gouda, Mijdrecht, Reeuwijk, Waddinxveen, Wilnis & Woerden. I love running, skiing and our own Mpower workouts but also love delicious cooking, good conversations and wonderful travels at home and abroad. I am inspired by my father, by my beautiful family, my dear family and friends and by all the fantastic unique women we have in our workouts every week.
