I'm Marieke, mother of Elle (2015), Hannah (2018) and Ava (2022) and trainer at Mom in Balance in Groningen.

Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I'm also a Category Manager and buyer for organic fresh products. I get energy from outdoor sports, just like from baking with my girls and relaxing with a good book. I'm inspired by all the women I meet during the Mom in Balance trainings!
