I am Neeltje Copic-Gast, mother of Julie (2012), Vera (2013) and Ben (2015) and trainer at Mom in Balance Eindhoven.
Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also location manager of Mom in Balance Eindhoven, pilates instructor and I have a 'mobile' massage practice. I love being active outdoors and I'm not good at lounging on the couch. I am inspired by headstrong people and I enjoy being that way myself ;-)
