About Romana Elshof

I am Romana Elshof, mother of Bram (2016) and Lucas (2018) and trainer at Mom in Balance
Zaanstreek-Waterland.

Besides being a Mom in Balance trainer, I am also a case manager for sick leave at Robidus in Zaandam. I love exercising outdoors at Mom in Balance, but also enjoy doing fun activities with my children and husband and spending quality time with family and friends. I also enjoy watching series and being creative with things like diamond painting. I draw inspiration from my children and nature. Outdoors I can clear my head and enjoy all the beautiful things I see around me. Hopefully see you soon in one of our classes!
